All the housemates must answer yes to Big Brother's questions and requests to win the challenge and a luxury shopping budget.
Alex was the second housemate to take part in the task and was repeatedly asked if she wanted a spray tan.

The McDonald's worker initially seemed happy to take on the challenge, but the Geordie grew more distressed with her changing colour after the third and fourth spraying.
"You look like you've been rolling around in s**t," said one of her fellow housemates after she returned from her fourth tanning session.
"This isn't a tan. It was funny the first time, the second time, look at this, it's not even a colour," complained Alex.
Heaven Africa tried to cheer her up, joking: "The darker the berry, the sweeter the juice."
