The housemates were woken up this morning and called to the sofas immediately, where the rules of the challenge were revealed.
Big Brother wants the housemates "being positive" and doesn't want to hear the word "no" for the duration of the task. If they use the word no to answer any of Big Brother's questions or requests, they will incur a fail.
The first challenge at 9.30am this morning came for Mark, who was asked to get naked for the duration.

Alex Rose was then asked if she would like a spray tan four times in a row. Meanwhile, Anton Murphy was asked to electric shock fellow housemate Maisy James.
Other tasks throughout the day will include posing for a Gay Times hunt-themed photoshoot and choosing a housemate to lose a suitcase so that everyone thinks that they are leaving.
Finally, after 11pm tonight Aaron Allard-Morgan will be asked if he wants a one-night stand with a female before being tasked with standing at the end of their bed in the dark all night long.
