The holistic healer accepted that she may have been "too much" for some of her fellow reality competitors to deal with, following her eviction from the house earlier this evening.
"I think I was a bit too over-spoken," she told host Brian Dowling. "I was very lucky I got immunity the first week or I would have been gone. I'm too much for some people.
"I'm like marmite - you either love me or you hate me - and usually when [people] don't understand something they fear it. That was me."
Heaven went on to agree with Dowling's suggestion that she deliberately got herself involved in some of the house's biggest arguments, explaining that she felt the need to protect people after being forced to hide her own beliefs for years.
"I feel like I always need to back people who can't speak and I shouldn't have done that in there," she said.
"I'm a people person and if I see that someone is being spoken over, I want to help them [while] they're off running away somewhere and I'm left fighting their battles.
"I used to have to be dishonest about who I was just to fit in or please people, but I'm now 100% me, take me or leave me. So when I wear my heart on my sleeve and they shut me down, it's quite upsetting."

Heaven also addressed her rivalry with last week's evictee Rebeckah Vaughan, who she said was "struggling with issues" and tried to paint her as an "aggressive beast" in the house.
However, she did agree with Rebeckah on the distrustful nature of Anton Murphy - one of the five people to have nominated her this week.
"I was so shocked at Anton," she confessed after seeing his nomination. "My goodness. He [said], 'Oh Heaven, be careful of people, people are playing a game'. Evidently he was talking about himself."
Housemates were then played Heaven's pre-eviction goodbye message, in which she admitted to feeling "persecuted" by some individuals.
However, she ended her Big Brother experience on a happy note, telling the group: "I love being me, I love being different, 'cause I've got a good heart and I wish nothing but the best for all of you."
