The 19-year-old model was ordered out by host Brian Dowling after she received fewer votes to save than fellow nominee Faye Palmer.
Maisy appeared stunned as she heard the crowd's chanting and half-heartedly clapped as her name was announced.
"I'm ready, it's fine," she said, as the housemates approached her for a hug.
When the time came for her to leave, Maisy rapidly bid farewell to everyone and urged legal secretary Louise Cliffe to pursue a modelling career.
"This is so weird," she stated as she climbed the stairs, stepping out of the compound with a smile on her face despite the relatively hostile crowd.
Maisy is the fourth female in a row to be evicted from this year's series after Tashie Jackson, Rebeckah Vaughan and Heaven Africa.
Mark Henderson quit the house on Wednesday after struggling to cope with the constant presence of cameras. A new contestant will enter tonight in his place.
