Big Brother has granted temporary permission to housemates to openly discuss nominations.

The contestants will be called into the Diary Room for their verdicts today. They have split into groups with the intention of manipulating the votes.

However, new arrival Jem Palmer has been excluded from the process.

Since the announcement, Jay McKray and Anton Murphy have attempted to sway Aden Theobald and Louise Cliffe, while Aaron Allard-Morgan and Faye Palmer are trying to influence Tom O'Connell and Harry Blake.

Today's twist has had a mixed reaction from housemates, with Faye - who was nominated last week - said to be particularly disgruntled by Big Brother's decision.

Maisy James was evicted from the house last week.

Big Brother continues tonight at 10pm on Channel 5.
