Jay Mckray and Anton Murphy, who are currently in a private crypt unbeknownst to their fellow housemates, will choose the most entertaining housemates to attend the event.
However, the pair will also pick the least entertaining housemates, who will be given a zombie makeover and ordered to read ghost stories to each other for the rest of the evening from the bathroom.
Those attending Paranormal Activity 3 will be given tuxedos and dresses to wear.
Following the premiere, housemates will be called to the secret crypt, where Big Brother will reveal a 'final twist'.
Big Brother continues tonight at 10pm on Channel 5.
