Celebrity Big Brother housemates Paddy Doherty, Lucien Laviscount and Bobby Sabel also re-entered the compound for the horror sequel.
Hollyoaks actor Keiron Richardson, Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton and several Made in Chelsea cast members also met with the current Big Brother housemates.
Tom O'Connell told Richardson that he was "fit", while Sabel played a game of spin the bottle with the Made in Chelsea girls.
Price told housemate Louise Cliffe: "You're gorgeous, you are." Former winner Doherty also told the hopefuls to "be yourself and be true".
Paranormal Activity 3 opens in cinemas in the UK on October 21.
