The 22-year-old entrepreneur was denied a place in the penultimate week of the show after losing a public vote to Aaron Allard-Morgan, Jay Mckray and Faye Palmer.
Upon hearing the news, Harry grinned, hugged all of his housemates and declared that he was looking forward to being reunited with his girlfriend.
Faye and Alex Rose broke down in tears as they watched Harry walk out the front doors to an overwhelmingly positive reaction from the crowd.
Harry had originally been granted safety when housemates' loved ones nominated Aaron and Jem Palmer in this week's twist.
However, when Jem voluntarily left the house on Wednesday, Big Brother decided to put all contestants that received a nomination up for eviction, meaning that only Alex, Louise Cliffe and Tom O'Connell were spared.
Harry survived the public vote on two previous occasions at the expense of Tashie Jackson in week one and Anton Murphy last Friday.
