The housemates - Louise Cliffe, Aaron Allard-Morgan, Alex Rose, Tom O'Connell, Faye Palmer and Jay McKray - have already earned a £300 shopping budget for this week, but may lose some of that cash if they fail to meet Woodburn's cleanliness standards.
Woodburn will be judging the housemates' pristine white suits, which they have been given by Big Brother, at the end of the day and deciding whether they have kept them blemish-free.
Big Brother will be throwing in twists and challenges during the day to make things tougher for the housemates.
One housemate will be called to the Diary Room and challenged to take some tall glasses of tomato juice back to their housemates. On the way back to the house, they will have to pass paint-covered hurdles.
Housemates will be paired up on electronic rocking horses and will be challenged to feed each other pea soup with long wooden spoons.
Another housemate will be challenged to cover themselves in clingfilm in 60 seconds to avoid being covered in foam and food colouring by an exploding balloon.
Two housemates will take part in a Finders Keepers task and must discover a small key in the task room before the food self-destructs.
Meanwhile, a final housemate will be called to the Diary Room and on their way back must navigate their way through a corridor filled with a web of paint-covered threads.
