The 25-year-old left the house to 'Filthy/Gorgeous' by the Scissor Sisters, to a positive reaction from the crowd outside.
Boyfriend Jay looked surprised when Brian Dowling announced Cliffe's fate to the house.
Her final words to her fellow housemates were: "I'm s**tting myself," just before stepping out to the public for the first time in nine weeks.
