The 25-year-old finished in fourth place in tonight's live final, after taking fewer public votes than Aaron Allard-Morgan, Alex Rose and Jay.
When asked by Brian Dowling whether she hopes to marry Jay, Louise said: "Yeah, hopefully!"
She also revealed that she is in love with the Geordie instructor, saying: "I do, I love him to bits. I do! I do!"
Emphasising the depth of her affection, she mentioned: "He can have a s**t next to me, I'm not bothered. He wiped his arse today and showed me his s**t on the bog roll."
The Megan Fox lookalike claimed that she did not expect to reach the second week of the Channel 5 reality show, let alone the grand final.
The star added: I thought I'd be out first week. I kept saying to myself, 'I'm not unique enough, I'm not crazy enough'. I thought I was dead boring."
"Every week when we were sat on the couch, I just thought, 'My name's gonna be up'. Every time it wasn't, I was just dead shocked."
