Big Brother Jay Mckray finishes runner-up: 'I'm in love with Louise'

Jay Mckray has finished as the runner-up in Big Brother 2011.

The Geordie gym instructor had fewer votes than champion Aaron Allard-Morgan.


Upon hearing the news from host Brian Dowling, Jay told an emotional Aaron, "Wicked! Buzzing for you, right. I knew you were gonna win, I can tell you that."

The 27-year-old stepped out of the house to a cheering crowd, sharing his joy with his fans by exclaiming, "Why aye!" with arms outstretched.

Jay raved to Alexandra Stan's 'Mr Saxobeat' as he made his way down to meet host Brian Dowling.

Speaking to Dowling afterwards, he declared about girlfriend Louise Cliffe: "She's kept me on the level, because I found it hard, and I was stressed out.

Describing when the couple drifted, he continued: "I just felt that everything was a bit forced and stuff. With that break it brought us back together."

Reciprocating girlfriend Louise's earlier romantic revelation, the star divulged: "Aye, I would say [I do love Louise] - wicked lass."

Meanwhile, explaining the reason for his diplomacy in the house, Jay confessed: "My ma told me not to kick off."
