Talking to Digital Spy about tabloid rumours and headlines surrounding "Big Brother bonks", the Irish presenter said that he doesn't want a smutty series.
"The Daily Star need to shut their vulgar mouths," said Dowling. "I don't want sex. No!
"It was bad enough with Jay [McKray] shaving his arsehole [last year]... God knows what [him and Louise Cliffe] do when the cameras aren't on."
Big Brother starts on Tuesday, June 5 at 9pm on Channel 5.
