The professional dancer was called into the Diary Room amid her 26th birthday celebrations last night (June 20) and was given the opportunity to speak to her Pop Idol lover.
Breaking down in tears immediately, Lydia called out to him: "I just miss you so much. I'm finding it so hard, but I'm doing my best.
"I didn't realise that I'd miss you so much. I love you so much Andy, seriously. I don't wanna make you cry, but I really do.
"Being in here has made me realise that I just want a family with you and stuff. I can't wait to get out and be able to start that now."
Clearly emotional, Scott-Lee jokingly chastised Lydia for turning him into a "right mess", adding: "I'm the guy, I've gotta try and be the strong one".
The Mamma Mia extra then told Scott-Lee that she described him as "the nicest person in the whole wide world" to her housemates, though she has been trying to keep his celebrity status secret.
She went on to explain her decision to hand back photos of them together and revealed that Big Brother played his 2002 classic 'Take It Easy' into the house.
"This has given me so much more strength," Lydia stated. "I've been so emotional about you. After I gave my pictures back in I sat on my bed and I cried my eyes out."
As the phone call was brought to an end, Lydia shouted to Scott-Lee: "And we're gonna get married this year, yeah?"
"Yeah, let's do it," he replied.
Lydia previously insisted that Scott-Lee is "a normal person", while he has dismissed her suggestion of getting married in the Big Brother house.
