The pair, who have had an uneasy relationship since Deana nominated Lydia for eviction on launch night, accused each other of playing up to the cameras when discussing the Indian beauty queen's "disrespectful" choice of conversation.
"We're supposed to be friends," Deana stressed to the backing dancer after the meal. "We spoke about a lot in here. Couldn't you have given me a dirty look or something? Why shout [your objections] out across the table like that?"
Lydia responded: "Has no-one ever taught you in life that when someone cooks a meal you don't talk about certain things at the table? You did it twice. You did it once and it got let go and then you did it again."
Arguing that other housemates have brought up far more offensive topics in her presence, Deana asked Lydia: "And you were that insulted by that after we were supposed to be friends and I trusted you in the house?"
"You genuinely don't know that's wrong? You as a lady, you don't think that's wrong?" Lydia hit back, before sarcastically stating: "You're right, periods are a perfectly acceptable conversation...to talk about at the table."
After being branded "harsh" by Deana, the fiancée of Andy Scott-Lee claimed: "Ask people in here, people say I'm very caring".
"Yeah I'm sure they will because it's a game," her fellow housemate noted, prompting a frustrated Lydia to accuse her of making a scene in front of the cameras.
"You just don't like the fact that no-one agreed with you and everyone thinks it's wrong," the 26-year-old finished.
Lydia had a furious fight with Arron Lowe earlier in the week after he accused her of "s**t stirring".
