Other challenges the housemates have been given as part of the task include carrying the word 'Rule' on a sheet of sugar glass, and remaining silent while objects are dropped on them from a trap door.
The task caused tension in the house yesterday when the wardens - Adam Kelly, Luke Anderson, Luke Scrase - were rewarded by Big Brother for their "hard word" in ensuring that the housemates were obeying all the rules.
Big Brother gave the trio McDonald's meals, milkshakes and snacks, much to the annoyance of their hungry rivals.
Big Brother continues daily on Channel 5.
