Channel 5 have approached the model to take part because they believe she will "cause fireworks", according to the Daily Star.
Thrall was in the headlines earlier this year when the Rinsing Guys documentary aired on Channel 4.
She confessed that she uses her looks to get men to splash out on expensive presents and gifts for her, without offering anything in return.
The model is the second person from the documentary to be rumoured for Celebrity Big Brother, after it was suggested back in May that WAG Holly Henderson might appear.
Other stars linked to the reality show's new series include Simon Cowell's ex-lover Jasmin Lennard, ex-EastEnders star Cheryl Fergison, Daily Mail favourite Samantha Brick, glamour model Rhian Sugden, comic Julian Clary, US TV star Dog the Bounty Hunter and Alesha Dixon's ex MC Harvey.
Celebrity Big Brother will start immediately after normal Big Brother finishes in August.
It is the show's second series this year, following the ratings success of the Frankie Cocozza and Denise Welch edition in January.
