The Essex girl and hunting enthusiast had been the bookies' favourites to go, with odds of 2/9 and 5/1 respectively from Paddy Power.
In a tense series, Scott received a number of warnings from Big Brother, most recently in relation to his comment that Deana Uppal had a "slapability factor".
Ashleigh, whose relationship with Luke Scrase has been the subject of debates over whether it was a romance or 'showmance', has been accused by Amy Childs of undoing the good work done for Essex's reputation by The Only Way Is Essex.

Deana and Adam Kelly survived the public vote, and will now compete against Luke S, Luke Anderson and Sara McLean in the final on Monday, August 13.
