The 24-year-old nightclub promoter was evicted from the house after receiving the fewest votes to win in tonight's final.
Luke left the house to a chorus of boos as Sugababes' 'Push The Button' played.
"I like Conor [McIntyre] but that White Room sent me mental," he told Brian Dowling of Conor's £50,000 win. "I hope he's bought a ring for his girlfriend and a deposit for his house."
Speaking of his romance with Ashleigh Hughes, he added: "She knows how I feel about her, I love her to bits."
Luke Anderson, Adam Kelly and Deana Uppal will now battle it out to be crowned winner of Big Brother 2012 after Sara McLean finished fourth.
