Anouska evicted!
Published Friday, May 30 2003, 20:47 BST | By Neil Wilkes
Anouska has become the first contestant voted off the show.
The result of the week-long public vote -- in which Anouska polled 46% -- was announced to the house at 8.35pm this evening. Anouska's eviction means Jon, Federico and Scott have survived their first vote and will stay in the house for at least one more week.
"It's fine, it's fine," Anouska said as the group gathered round to hug her. "I won't lie by saying I'm not shocked because I am. Hey though, I get to see Dermot first!"
Gos seemed to take the news particularly badly, fighting back tears as they embraced.
Anouska has an hour to pack her bags before leaving the house at 10pm.
Stick with DS:BB -- we have a full breakdown of the voting coming up!
