Top of the Scots
Published Friday, Jun 6 2003, 15:11 BST | By Emma Tingay
The boys had a conversation about Scotlands contribution to popular music this afternoon, and it ended in a good old sing-song.
After some renditions of songs by Wet, Wet, Wet, Deacon Blue, Big Country and Shirley Manson from Garbage, the boys decided that Annie Lennox was the queen of Scottish pop.
"She's got a fire in her eyes" gushed Gos. Cameron said he's got most of her CDs as he sings her hit song "Angels". "She's fit, she's a sassy woman, fiesty. Shirley Manson would love to be her" said an adoring Federico.
After belting out some Deacon Blue classics in the kitchen, the boys, lead by Scots Cameron and Federico went out into the garden to sing some Wet Wet Wet hits albeit a bit off key.
