The fourth US series of Big Brother will begin this weekend, featuring a major new twist, "The X Factor," from the outset.
New contestants on the show, which airs on the CBS network in the States, will enter the house to discover that some of them will be joined in confinement by ex loves.
The X Factor will add a whole new dynamic to the show -- will former sweethearts reunite and ally against the others, or will heartache resurface and old wounds be reopened?
"No reality show has ever done what we're about to do,? said Executive Producer Arnold Shapiro today. ?The result is unpredictable. The only certainty is that everyone involved will be shocked and will likely have to re-think their strategy."
The houseguests enter their new home this Friday, but won't be seen on screen until the following Tuesday, when live streaming will also begin. Following the conclusion of our own Big Brother at the end of July, E4 will exclusively air the US series in the UK.
