DS:BB's 'on this day' takes a look back at what happened in the house on this day in each of the past three series.
Big Brother 1
Still in house: Anna, Claire, Craig, Darren, Melanie
The housemates engage in some underwater kissing in the hottub, the idea of the game being to guess who kisses who: Craig kisses Darren, Anna kisses Mel, Mel kisses Claire, Mel kisses Craig. BB will reward the housemates with a continental breakfast tomorrow for passing their news report minitask. Clasire and Craig come up with their own assault course, including leaping over a garden chair, running around the bin five times, jumping over the washing basket and then wriggle between the two legs of another garden chair.
Big Brother 2
Still in house: Brian, Dean, Elizabeth, Helen, Josh, Paul
Paul and Helen eventually decide not to sleep in the den overnight, despite hugging under the blankets. Brian gets a goodnight kiss from Helen. Josh and Brian?s well-hidden cider stash is discovered by drunken couple Paul and Helen. The morning after the night before, Brian decides to act as love counsellor for Helen and Paul, telling them to "do what they feel" and "worry about the consequences later." Elizabeth confides in BB that she's missing her friends and family. Josh confesses he wanted to leave the house on his first day because he was worried about fitting in. BB sets the housemates a mini task: they have until 11pm to create a life-sized masterpiece on one canvas, depicting the whole group. Dean realises he won't have to wash any more pants now, as he has 14 pairs left. Helen drops the group's sausage and bacon meal, but they decide to wash it in the sink. A paint fight ensues in the minitask. Paul writes "I Love Sex" across Helen's back. The group just finish their task on time, returning the materials to the store room.
Big Brother 3
Still in house: Alex, Jade, Jonny, Kate, PJ, Tim
The RI:SE poll shows only a short move in PJ's favour, but he is still likely to go tomorrow with 69% of the vote. DS:BB's poll has him favourite on 65%, whereas MSN puts him on 80%. Jade claims to have been on a plane with stairs, much to the amusement of Alex, PJ and Jonny, who tell her she must have been at the airport still. Jade portests further: "No! - I am telling you, I swear - THIS PLANE HAD STAIRS. Not a whole staircase. Not two steps - stairs! Downstairs bathrooms with green walls!" It turns out that she is, in fact, correct.
