DS:BB's 'on this day' takes a look back at what happened in the house on this day in each of the past three series.
Big Brother 1
Still in house: Anna, Craig, Darren, Melanie
Darren wonders how the final day will play out. Craig decides to get back in shape so starts a bodybuilding routine. Craig turns down the offer of sweets from Anna, revealing that he nearly chockes on them most of the time. The group make their final set of nominations. The housemates practice their clown-based weekly task, but don't seem to be getting on very well. Hypochondrian Darren admits that the only thing he doesn't go to the doctor's for is "a sore dick." Mel tells BB that Darren was really "cowardly" with his reasons for nomination after overhearing them last week, adding that she thinks Criag is in it to win it. The housemates are made to dress and impersonate one other housemate for the evening: Mel does Darren, Craig is Anna, Anna becomes Craig and Darren turns into Mel.
Big Brother 2
Still in house: Brian, Dean, Elizabeth, Helen, Paul
Paul takes charge of constructing the barbecue after the group pass the sausage minitask. Brian reveals that an ex-EatEnders cast member once asked him out on a date. Helen describes Big G as "not really a boyfriend." The boys sleep in the girls' room after Brian, Dean and Paul discover a foul smell in theirs. Brian twists his ankle practising the skipping part of the weekly task. Helen suggests she and Brian go on the prowl for men together after they leave the house. The group bitch about latest evictee Josh, agreeing that he was too competitive. Paul talks about his many nicknames in the outside world, including 'posh tubie' and 'jungle'. One of the sick chickens dies. Paul says he loves the smell of Helen's feet. The group's painting his hung in the lounge. The housemates ponder how their friends perceive life inside the house. Brian offers Helen advice on her relationship with Paul, telling her to "go with the flow" and stop worrying about what people on the outside think.
Big Brother 3
Still in house: Alex, Jade, Jonny, Kate, Tim
Alex peers through one of the mirrors and gets to see the camera run in all of its glory. Kate turns hairdresser and offers to dye Jade's hair, but things go wrong and Jade is turned ginger. The group make their final set of nominations; a technical error means that live feed watchers overhear Kate picking Tim. The group are told they can no longer enter bedroom 2; they speculate on what is being done to it, with Tim suggesting it's going to become a torture room.
