Despite failing the final task - Big Brother took pity on the housemates and has provided them with some festive fun to celebrate their last full day in the house.
Just after 8.15am, I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday by Wizard was blasted into the house and the shocked housemates jumped out of bed and rushed into the lounge to find a Christmas tree, complete with presents and a "fireplace" with Christmas stocking hanging from it.
Out in the garden, some props from past tasks were back - the horses from the horse task had become reindeers, the grafitti-ruined statue was now an angel and the pedalo was back in the garden!
"Oh' They 'aven't cancelled Christmas after all!" said a delighted Steph who clapped her hands with delight as the housemates jumped around to the music.
Jon laughed out aloud and said he was going to "kill Big Brother for this", while Scott ran around the house like a big kid. Ray and Cameron wandered around looking delighted.
"I wonder if Big Brother has phoned Santa?" said Cameron before teasing that that she had more girft in her stocking than anyone else.
"Nooooooo! Maybe we have to pass a task to open our presents! Noooooo!" said Cameron, looking gutted and shaking the wrapped gifts.
"What will be in the store room?" wondered Ray as Steph and Jon sang Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire".
After the initial excitement, the housemates all bundled into the diary room to thank Big Brother for the Christmas surprise.
