Housemates get their first rude awakening
Published Saturday, May 29 2004, 11:05 BST | By Daniel Kilkelly
The housemates received their first taste of evil Big Brother this morning, when they were given their first ever wake-up call.
Davina explained last night that an alarm would sound every morning to get the housemates out of bed - and wouldn't stop ringing until all of the housemates were up and about.
At 9.30 this morning, the alarm sounded for the first time, forcing the housemates out of bed, to their shock and confusion.
But rebellious Kitten seemed completely unphased by the alarm, and continued lying on the couch in the pampering room.
Ahmed explained to Kitten that she would have to get up and join the other housemates, while Nadia asked, "Could someone just stop that please? Make it stop, make it stop!"
Once all of the housemates had risen out of their beds, the alarm stopped ringing, leaving the housemates speculating over whether they would be allowed to sleep later in the day.
It seems that waking up in the morning is going to be difficult for the housemates - stick with DS:BB for all of the latest BB5 news and gossip!
