Suitcase hostage over
Published Monday, May 31 2004, 20:55 BST | By Neil Wilkes
The housemates have finally surrendered their suitcases to Big Brother this evening after holding them hostage for almost 24 hours.
The decision followed Jason's summoning to the diary room, where he was made personally responsible for collecting up the cases and taking them to the store room.
The housemates put up no resistance and were prompt in obeying the order. Kitten refused to take it as a defeat, however, reasoning that "they were getting in the way in our room anyway."
Plans for the next act of rebellion have already been discussed in depth this afternoon, with Kitten and Stuart taking the forefront in the creativity department. The latest idea is that the contestants would refuse to leave the house when evicted, instead becoming squatters.
What act of mischief will they get up to next? And will the plans start to wear thin with the other housemates? Stick with DS:BB to find out!
