The stress becomes too much
Published Wednesday, Jul 21 2004, 22:38 BST | By Beth Hart

Not wanting to jeopardise the task Victor asked her to wait for the task to be over before they discuss it saying "I've got an evening of straight-talking pencilled in for tonight." Shell was unhappy with this and left for the bedroom in tears.
After apologising to Nadia if her behaviour loses them the task she said that she didn't want to go through with the last part of the task, the first dance.
As Big Brother announced the dance was to take place Victor stood alone on the dance floor, confused about Shell's behaviour. Before the song, "Wonderful Tonight" had finished, Shell left the bedroom but still refused to dance with Victor instead swearing at him for the way she felt he'd treated her before returning to the comfort of Nadia and Michelle in the bedroom.
Jason did some comforting of his own but his was directed towards Victor, reassuring him that the public will be on his side as to get on in Big Brother you need "a lot more in your locker than naked lawnmowing and sob stories."
Since the fight Victor has continued to stew over it, talking things over with both Jason and Dan while waving a makeshift white flag.
