Shell has admitted to pleasuring herself under the duvets in the BB house.
The fourth placed finalist has revealed she regularly took matters into her own hands to relieve the sexual frustration from being apart from her boyfriend Scott Hutchenson.
"I just thought 'bugger it'," Shell told the Daily Star today. "For me this is an incredibly natural and normal thing for people to do and I don't understand why they have a hang-up over it.
"It's as normal as going to the loo or taking a shower - so I just did it and didn't care. I just did it in my own bed and in my own space. But I didn't feel the need to go around telling people all the time."
