BBLB "unlikely" to keep 6pm slot

BBLB is unlikely to return to the 6pm slot it occupied last year, Channel 4 has confirmed today.

A report in this week's heat had claimed that the spinoff show would be back to 6pm following its recent outing in the 11pm slot for Celebrity Big Brother.

Hit animation The Simpsons is now paired up with C4's flagship soap Hollyoaks in the 6pm hour, however - and that's unlikely to change during Big Brother 6.

"The Simpsons is very likely to stay where it is though we haven't decided yet where BBLB will go," a spokeswoman told DS:BB today.

Although Friday, May 27 is tipped as the likely start date for the show, C4 are still keeping tight-lipped for now.
