Another international BB swap likely?

Another international BB housemate swap could occur as part of the upcoming series, according to reports.
TV Week Australia claims that one of the Aussie contestants will be switched with a housemate from another country "about three or four weeks into the show," which begins down under this weekend.
Although Big Brother will be on air in multiple countries around the world at that time - including in Thailand, Germany and Brazil - such a swap would only occur with an English-speaking country.
Assuming the rumours are true, that leaves the UK as the only serious possibility; although any switch would only occur at least several weeks after the UK series begins.
