BB6 Rumours Roundup: The fun house?
Published Tuesday, May 3 2005, 17:44 BST | By Neil Wilkes

DS:BB presents a full roundup of the latest speculation on Tuesday, May 3 (with 24 days to go).
Welcome to the house of fun?
An anonymous tipster dropped a message about the 'fun' theme into the DS:BB inbox almost one month ago.
The source claimed that producers were planning to make BB6 the "most wackiest and tackiest series ever," adding that 14 contestants would be locked up in the compound for 71 days.
"The contestants will be more annoying, yet more endearing than ever before, which producers hope will lead to a more comical series this time round rather than the 'evil' of last year," said the tipster, who also revealed that challenges and tasks would be similar to those endured on the cult gameshow It's A Knockout.
"The new look Big Brother House will drive the housemates mad," deep throat continued. "It will consist of a ?puck fest? of bright yellows, vibrant pinks and deep oranges. And the wackiest thing is the House is partly upside down, which will disorientate housemates, making them feel quite queasy."
Also revealed:
- Hot springs from the bathroom grates will replace the bathroom shower
- The fridge & freezer are back to front. Freezer is on top, fridge at bottom
- The specially designed sinks in the house are all upside down, and will only run cold water, which will make washing up virtually impossible
- All doors in the house will be back to front - and open the wrong way
The DS:BB Verdict: (Relatively) credible. This message was sent to us on April 7, several weeks before the first whisperings of a 'comical' or 'fun' series began to get out. The only sticking point in the information appears to be the '71 days' (10 weeks) claim: at present, the best signs point to an eleven week duration.
Stick with DS:BB for the latest in the weeks ahead!
