Marcus Bentley wakes the housemates

The voice of Big Brother awoke the group on their final morning in the house.

As the bedroom lights came on for the final time, this year's theme tune played over the tannoy in its entirety before C4 voiceover man Marcus Bentley announced: "Day 78 in the Big Brother house."

The distinctive Geordie then began to give a live commentary on what each of the housemates were doing: "Makosi is standing on her bed... Eugene is walking through the bedroom... Kinga is fumbling with her top."

After the excitement of hearing Bentley's voice subsided, the housemates began to look forward to the day ahead.

"This is going to be the best day of your lives!" announced Kinga with a squeal.

"I'm even more excited finding out that it's day 78, because I thought it was 77," said Makosi, who - along with Anthony - has been in the house longer than any other previous UK Big Brother contestant.

"We've done the full whack, the full experience," declared Anthony proudly. "I'm going to constantly give myself high fives."

"My stomach's turning... I'm scared!" admitted Kinga, before asking: "I was so drunk yesterday.. I didn't offend anybody, did I?"

After a pause, Anthony replied: "Nah."
