Briton Tom Amos has triumphed in the Polish version of Big Brother, winning £20,000.
Known as Bar Europa, Poland's incarnation of the show allows contestants out of the house every night to work in a student bar.
Amos, aged 28, from Malvern in Worcestershire, says he entered as a joke. He became popular after winding up contestants and fighting one 6ft 4in Russian.
His mother Kate and sister Chloe flew out to see him take the victory ? which he won with 76% of the vote. He will return home for Christmas, says Kate.
