A pair of identical twins could become housemates in this summer's show, according to a report in the Daily Star Sunday.
The duo would appear as part of the Big Brother "twin twist", already featured in the US, Australia and Brazil. Only one of the twins would initially enter the house but would be secretly replaced by the other after a few days.
Also rumoured to be on the shortlist are a wheelchair-bound contestant and a hopeful with Tourette's Syndrome.
