Nikki has admitted that she has no control over what comes out of her mouth.
Speaking to Tourette's sufferer Pete, Nikki described how she lacked the ability to moderate her own speech.
"I just say whatever comes into my head," she mused. "Life is just so short. If something pops into my head, I can't stop myself from saying it. Even if it is insulting."
"Probably Tourette's!" suggested Pete jovially, adding that Nikki had not insulted anyone in the house to date.
"Well I told Lea 'your boobs are ridiculous'," she recalled. "And I said to Shahbaz, 'Do you have to do that out here? I'm trying to eat.'"
