Shahbaz misled Big Brother psychologists

Shahbaz has admitted that he was not entirely honest during the selection process, understating his mental condition.
The Glaswegian was removed from the house two days ago after spending a considerable time speaking to psychologists in the Diary Room. ?I was feeling suicidal,? The Sun quotes him as saying. ?I don?t think they thought I was serious about killing myself. I spent a few hours in there ? I think I broke the world record for being in there.?
Although Shahbaz passed off unconventional behaviour in the house as theatricality, he has since explained himself more fully. ?What happened to me was that I was stifled and choked by my own demons,? he revealed. ?I could not relate to anyone on any level.?
Criticism has been levelled at those responsible for the housemate selection process, with a letter from the Mental Health Foundation reading: ?"While I can only guess at Shahbaz's condition, we are concerned that vulnerable people apparently continue to be allowed into such a high-pressured environment.?
Shahbaz has now revealed how he cheated the process, admitting: ?I volunteered only things Big Brother wanted to know ? because I?m quite clever. I have been prescribed anti-depressants in the past and had some very, very low moments, but I thought I had got over it."
Despite the negative effects his incarceration in the house appeared to have on him, Shahbaz insists that he would return if given the chance. ?I don?t need any therapy," he said. "Big Brother was my therapy and I would go back in there again.?
