Group still tense after argument

The house is still filled with tension and gossip following last night's big argument.
As they rose for another day the atmosphere was civil at best. Conversations were brief and wary - except for the bitchy ones.
"I didn't mean to offend anyone," declared Nikki, easing a guilty conscience. "I'm just open. I just say what I think."
Events at least seem to have brought Nikki and Grace together. "Lea goes to me 'You're not very talkative today," she complained to her ex-arch-enemy. Grace reassured her: "Things were just said in the heat of the moment."
"Yeah but now I'm gonna get ignored all day," Nikki continued. "We all are," explained Grace. "At the end of the day we don't know if they had two votes or four votes."
Meanwhile, Lea - sticking by Richard - did not try to hide her anger. "I'm getting fed up now," she complained. "A lot of people in the house are horrible liars. I've had enough of them in my life."
Richard talked through the debacle, making some concessions but ultimately sticking to his guns.
"I was wrong about the booze and to make a catty comment," he told Lea. "But I wasn't given the chance to apologise and repair things.
"Mikey, Sezer, Imogen - their control wasn't there," he continued. "But I'm cool. I think these things have a habit of playing out fairly. I know I'm not a liar - I'm not the things that they said.
"To call her dull, boring and ordinary is not bullying, it's just expressing my opinions."
