BB3 stars reveal Jade's bullying past

Big Brother 3 star Kate Lawler has claimed that Jade Goody was a bully when she took part in the 2002 series of the reality show.

Goody, whose attacks on Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty on Celebrity Big Brother 5 caused controversy around the world, regularly bitched about fellow housemate Sophie Pritchard during Big Brother 3. She told her fellow housemates that she believed Sophie was "false" and slated her appearance.

Lawler and Pritchard spoke about Jade's behaviour in the house for Big Brother: The Inside Story, written by Big Brother 2's Narinder Kaur. The book is released on May 24.

"Jade was exactly the same as she was in Celebrity Big Brother this year," Kate explained. "From day one she was aggressive, rude, argumentative and I remember Sophie. I remember thinking what has Sophie done to make you behave so horribly to her?

"Jade then got Tim and Adele involved and as a group they made Sophie feel very awkward and uncomfortable - exactly the same way as Jade, Jo and Danielle did to Shilpa."

Sophie added: "I didn't actually watch this year's Celebrity Big Brother at the beginning because I knew Jade was going in and it made me sick. My mum was watching one day and I heard Jade say to Shilpa, 'I find you very false and fake' and I thought oh my God! It's deja-f***ing-vous!"
