Rula Lenska calls for BB axe

Former Celebrity Big Brother candidate Rula Lenska has called for the show to be axed amid fears that its moral boundaries are being stretched too far.

The actress, who infamously played a game of "good pussycat" with MP George Galloway, said that producers had "gone too far".

"[It's] getting too cruel and dangerous," she told The Dorset Echo. "I thought that reality television initially was a good idea but it's become too manipulative and the general idea seems to be to embarrass people and put them in difficult confrontational situations, and it's gone far enough."
