Housemates organise the cleaning
Published Thursday, May 31 2007, 15:07 BST | By Alex Fletcher
All the housemates had a meeting earlier today to discuss how they were going to keep the house clean.
Each housemate picked a job to do, with Tracey saying she would like to do the washing-up and Lesley expressing a desire to be in charge of working the mangle.
The only job that no one was willing to take on was the cleaning of the toilet.
Lesley said she was too busy, as she had to provide the "post-modern irony" for the house. "Well no one else can do it", she said.
Charley’s solution to the toilet-cleaning problem was that everyone should do it.
She said: “After everyone uses the bog, clean it yourself. Fair play.”
