Charley and Nicky simmer after bust-up
Published Saturday, Jun 2 2007, 13:24 BST | By Alex Fletcher
Last night's row was still in evidence this morning, despite both Charley and Nicky expressing a desire to forget about it and move on.
While the rest of the house was asleep, Nicky chatted to Ziggy, Lesley and Carole about yesterday’s altercation.
She told the group she would try to ignore it to make it easier for everyone, prompting Lesley to ask her: “Why should it be easy for everyone?”
“Because it makes everyone feel tense. It’s over now, it’s cool”, Nicky told her.
However it wasn’t long before Nicky brought the incident up again. After visiting the diary room she asked Carole if she had been “over-sensitive” last night.
As Carole and Ziggy reassured her that she’d acted perfectly acceptably, she asked them to slap her if she mentioned it again.
When Charley finally awoke she expressed similar sentiments, claiming to Ziggy: “I don’t care anyway, I’m just going to be quiet and get on with it”.
However, after Ziggy left her alone in the bedroom, Charley started speaking to the cameras in the corners of the bedroom.
She urged them to look at the picture of Nicky hung up and to look into her eyes. She said: “They are so sneaky. I ain’t lying to you. Believe me”.
