Jonathan: Twins will marketing machine
Published Sunday, Jun 17 2007, 16:53 BST | By Alex Fletcher
Jonathan has told the group that he believes the twins will be a "marketing machine" when they leave the Big Brother house but also explained that he found them rather dull to live with.
On living with the twins, he commented: "I'm not sure I want to put up with it for weeks and weeks."
When Nicky pointed out that they had no "active role" in the group, Jonathan claimed their only purpose was to be "decorative" and when Carole suggested they might be favourites to win the show, the millionaire scoffed: "There is no way, they are boring!"
However, on being informed that the twins had won the right to nominate last week, he conceded his opinion of them had improved: "I think a lot more of them now I know that - that means there is a piranha under there and I like it."
Later, Jonathan told Laura how he had informed Amanda about his belief that she would be a "marketing marvel" outside the house.
He went on to admit he wasn't sure why he had bothered telling her, Laura mocking: "She doesn't know what it means anyway."
