The 53-year-old sexual health worker has persuaded the girls in the house to plan a week of tricks and pranks on their male housemates, dubbing it Revenge Week.
She explained to Nicky that Big Brother had asked her where Liam's beloved Newcastle pants had gone, before laughing: "Underneath my mattress."
Then she ganged up with Nicky, persuading Brian that Big Brother had just called him to the diary room.
Talking to Sam and Nicky about "girl-power" in the house, Carole whispered: "We may not have the same physical strength but we have the greater mental ability."
Sam giggled: "This is so funny," as the trio plotted further games they could play on the boys. Sam suggested that they make the boys clean up the toilets, while Carole claimed she was going to swap their wine for her red grape juice."
"It's great when you can pick them off individually," cackled a mischievous Carole.
Not long after, Brian stormed out of the diary room describing Big Brother as "insane" to the group. He revealed that Big Brother claimed they had never asked him to the diary room, moaning: "They are trying to drive me insane."
Carole and Nicky's plan appeared to have worked, when a confused Brian protested: "Why would Carole lie, and Nicky, what would they lie for?"
