Chanelle chooses Posh over winning

Chanelle revealed to the housemates this afternoon that she would rather go on a dinner date with Posh Spice than win Big Brother.

When Brian popped the question this afternoon, she replied with ease: "Lunch with Victoria." Chanelle excitedly explained that she would love the former Spice Girl to fly above the house and leave her message.

Despite the housemates' reassuring her that Victoria Beckham would know who she was after Big Brother, Chanelle wasn't convinced, explaining that she would have moved to L.A by now.

A startled Brian exclaimed: "Winning Big Brother would be like the best thing ever." Shocked at Chanelle's answer, he declared: "Winning Big Brother would be great - I could die the day after and I would be happy."

A puzzled Gerry asked: "What is so great about winning?" Brian couldn't put his finger on it, promising them that it wasn't about the money for him.

Chanelle tried to test Brian's dedication to the programme, inquiring as to whether he would sacrifice winning the show for a date with Mercedes from TV soap opera Hollyoaks.

However, Brian confessed that not even the chance of a hot date could persuade him to give up on Big Brother.
