Housemates discuss fakeness of eviction
Published Saturday, Jul 14 2007, 20:27 BST | By James Ankobia
This evening, housemates discussed the extent to which they thought last night’s eviction was fake.
The topic was raised by Ziggy, whose mind has been working on overdrive since Charley walked back into the house, when he questioned how much of the eviction was fake.
Referring to how events unfolded, he asked: “Do you not think the whole thing was fake, the banners, everything?”
Detailing his time in the diary room, he said he felt Big Brother’s questions were angled to make him express adoration for Charley. This, he argued, was further proof that the whole eviction was set up for her.
Carole shared some of his sentiments when she added: “The studio was full of actors, she didn’t see her family.”
Liam also saw their point but had his own reasons for Charley’s supposed warm reception: “To be honest, if Hitler went out there and got sent back in and was going to have a ruck they'd be cheering ‘cos they like to see a fight.”
By the end of the discussion the consensus among the group was that there was more to last night’s fake eviction that was actually “fake”.
