Carole to keep an eye on Amy
Published Thursday, Aug 2 2007, 17:04 BST | By Kimberley Dadds
Carole has had to come to terms with the fact that her least favourite halfway housemate Amy has been given full housemate status and has moved into the main house, but says she will be watching her.
The 53-year-old has been vocal about her dislike for the glamour girl and decided to air her concerns once more to Brian this afternoon.
She told him: "I made an effort to talk to her when she came in because our remit was to get to know them when they came in. She was one person I think that didn't make as much effort and she had an agenda."
Carole then explained her reasons further, saying: "When she came in and she said she hadn't watched much of (the show) and she was busy with work, I think she lied quite honestly. She knew a lot about Ziggy and his dog, she knew about Liam's motor bike thing."
Brian was less quick to judge, however, and said it was nice to have another young person to talk to, especially since Chanelle's departure.
He insisted that he wouldn't know about his friendship with Amy for another week or two and would not judge just yet.
But Carole warned: "I'll keep an open mind too, but I'll be watching Amy".
