Carole tries to ration food

Carole has had a hard day today - dealing with problems about hiding tea bags, running out of toilet roll and she has also been trying to get everyone to be more careful and ration their food intake.

The youth health worker was in the kitchen with Kara-Louise and told her that she could sympathise with ex-housemate Nicky when she used to be concerned about the food lasting.

Then Gerry came in to ask about eating but Carole told him that there was not enough cheddar for cheese on toast and explained that she would put it in an omelette so that everybody could share it instead.

Kara-Louise then told Ziggy that she was concerned about the 53-year-old because she didn't seem very happy.

But the former popstar explained: "She's been in the diary room for the last hour and a half. There isn't any food, everyone's a bit touchy, that's it. We' ve been so used to living the life of luxury and now we're not."
