Liam troubled by "largest spot in world"

Liam's Big Brother finale preparations were in turmoil this evening after he discovered a big zit on his chin.
The tree surgeon was so troubled by the appearance of the spot that he raced from the bathroom to ask if the others had noticed it.
"Did anyone notice the largest spot in the world?" he asked the housemates on the sofas. Ziggy said he saw it when they were eating, but thought it would be rude to mention it at the dinner table.
Carole then failed to put Liam's mind at rest when she added: "I think it's been there a few days."
"Dude, I thought it was another head," joked Ziggy.
