The glamour model will appear as princess Tiger Lily in a production of Peter Pan.
A statement revealed that she is looking forward to her first pantomime experience as well "all the other exciting opportunities she has coming up in the future".
Amy was the ninth contestant to be evicted from the show after starting out as a halfway housemate. She has since modelled for her own calendar and appeared in photoshoots for newspapers and men's magazines.
Peter Pan runs from December 9 until January 6 at the Drayton Manor Big Top in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
